Starr & Georgia

There are some women who were just born to be moms. Starr is one of those people. She was my supervisor during my PR days in Austin, and although she's extremely driven & smart, the reason why I think she's so successful is that she is 100% genuine & caring. As you can read on her shirt, she's due in May! That means the next time I'm in Texas, I'll be planning to take pictures of baby Georgia. Congrats to Starr & James! I can't wait to meet her...

Baby Riley

Their family is now complete. My good friends Jeff & Joseph recently welcomed their baby boy Riley into the world and I was lucky enough to capture their excitement & awe. Riley is an absolute cutie pie with such a sweet, gentle spirit. He was extra patient by letting us take a million pictures in the hot, humid weather. I'm looking forward to visiting Austin again so I can watch him grow.

Did anyone watch American Idol last night? I usually don't watch it, but I happened to change the channel just in time and caught this! I was totally jammin' out and have been listening to this song all day on itunes while working on my orders...check her out! Leona Lewis.

Spay-ghetti

As many of you know, I'm a sucker for animals. We consider Duncan & Boerne our children, I'm a committee member of the Fur Ball (an awesome event that's raising money for a new shelter) and I've done several dog shoots. There's even a gallery dedicated to "furry people" on my website! I have never worked with cats though, so I wasn't sure how my first official cat shoot would go! Thank goodness I had major help. I joined forces with Pam Lemelin of Renaissance Creative, who did the awesome poster design, and Laura Gustavson, who owns two beautiful cats, to come up with this fun poster for the upcoming SPAY-GHETTI DINNER. It's on May 17 at 5 p.m. at The Ursuline Center. Tickets are $10/adults, $5/kids under 10 (bargain: you get dinner AND dessert!) and the money will help spay and neuter local animals. I think I'm starting to get a soft heart for cats...here's Chloe diggin' in!

Brand Spankin' New Online Galleries

Check check check it out. After months of researching and this-n-that, we finally decided to go with a new online gallery service. It rules and we launched it TONIGHT! It's much better than our old gallery because you can view the photos larger, edit your own photos to color or black & white, crop, and best of all---buy your pictures using a credit card. Another cool thing is you can share your gallery with anybody who has the internet. All they need is your password! We created a gallery that doesn't need a password so you can get a lil' peek at what it looks like. Just go to the main website: www.cindycieluch.com, then click on "orders" and you're there! Ryland, like all babies, is a miracle. It's so amazing to me how much a baby just rocks someone's life and changes it for the better. I haven't experienced this yet, so I love to watch the changes a baby makes in the lives of my family & friends. April is someone who I've always considered an angel in my life & to see her as a mom is AWESOME! :) April & Chad may not be sleeping throughout the night any more, but they don't even look tired. They look refreshed, happy and completely in love.

The Sutherland Family

I could NOT wait to share the spirit of this awesome family with you!!! If they look familiar, that's because Dub, Brandi and lil' Sophie were featured on my business card and all over my website when I was first starting my business. Well, now there's an addition - baby Sloan! These precious girls are just ridiculously scrumptious & the cutest mix of their mom & dad. Brandi is a very special friend who was my roommate in Austin and often the subject of my college photography projects. She is stunning! And I couldn't be more happy for her and Dub - they're the sweetest parents who smother their baby girls with love, hugs and kisses.





















Flashback to the family when Brandi was still pregnant with Sloan. It's one of my all-time faves. Only kids can give these totally spontaneous, hysterical expressions!
