April + Tim
Over the river and through the woods....and down the gravel road, past the cabins, cows and horses. This was the most I've traveled for an engagement shoot and it was worth it! April + Tim are having a destination wedding, so they wanted to have their engagement photos done somewhere that's very special to them. That place is Tim's family cabin, deep in the woods. And they're such sports that although it makes sense to end a shoot in the water, we STARTED the shoot in the river! Thanks guys for the trip to the cabin! Obviously, these last two were not done at the cabin. We saw these spots when we stopped in Cascade. :)

Love the photos Tim and April. Thanks for sharing them, Aunt Kerry
I just looked at the photos and it was great to see them being taken at the cabin. You are a beautiful couple. I'm sorry but I will not be able to attend the weddidng but I do send best wishes.
Taking pictures is something I like to call telling stories. My interest in photography started in college while I was writing features for local newspapers. I fell in love with the way photojournalists captured spontaneous, natural and emotional moments. There's no "cheese." No random props. No awkward poses. When you're looking at a portrait, you shouldn't be looking at a picture. You should be looking at a person.
It's never too early to start planning for your Christmas card! I'm now booked until mid-January for sessions. For Christmas orders, my deadline is November 25th so please get your orders in as early as possible! And if you're interested in what my holiday cards look like, here's a look at some from last year!
The outside of a trifold card (the guy in this card - Jason Johnson - is actually the one who designed all of these cards! He's the best!) the inside...
Hello there! I want to know who is stopping by to browse. Who are you? :)
